DUI Expungement

A DUI can be expunged after completion of probation. Like a chalkboard, what is in your record does not have to be permanent.
For anyone whom a DUI is affecting their ability to get a job, get licensed (for example a contractors license), or other issues, an Expungement may help. While this will not erase a DUI for purposes of "priorability," you will legally be able to say you were never convicted in most instances.
My office handles Expungement's on every DUI case we work on. Generally the courts will approve these requests. You do not have to be a prior client to request my office handle this expungement request however! A clean record is worth it's weight in gold.
My services are priced reasonably, and I will personally work with you to get your record clean.
A DUI is something that can affect you for a long time. Call now to hire a legal professional that understands how important this is for you.
Value
The value in having any case expunged should be apparent. In many jurisdictions, having any criminal record at all can prevent you from being eligible for jobs, licenses, and can affect other aspects of your life as well. A criminal record is a stain on who you are as a person. Getting a criminal record expunged, is like erasing chalk on a chakboard. It helps to remove the tarnish of your reputation.
The value in a clean record is inherent. The value in an attorney willing to fight for your clean record is best determined by how important it is for you to have a clean record.
Motion to terminate probation
Many expungements are two step processes. This is because you may still be on probation. For this reason, an attorney is required to first terminate your probation, which requires a court to agree that probation should be terminated in the interests of justice. This process is a significant amount of work, but allows you to receive licenses, reenlist in the military, or (once it has also be expunged) to tell the world you were never convicted of a crime.*
