DUI is same in all of California, right?

DUI is legally the same in San Diego, and all of California, but the difference is there are different judges, prosecutors, and lawyers.

That is why my office works in all of California, while spending most of our time within San Diego. This allows us to know how a DUI in Fresno or Eureka will affect you, but to know and deal with Local San Diego judges and prosecutors regularly.

I have personally handled hundreds of DUI's in Southern California, and know how to handle your case in San Diego, Van Nuys, or even Federal Court due to that experience.

Any attorney worth hiring will tell you without hesitation the last time they personally appeared for a client. "My office has appeared," is not the same as, "I have appeared." I will personally appear in EVERY case in which I am hired.

An attorney in California is licensed to practice THROUGHOUT the state. Even if an attorney knew every prosecutor in the state, it is illegal for them to give any attorney preference.
In law, it is not who you know, but what you know. Shouldn't your local attorney know the state law under which you are now charged?
